Duncan Summer Festival

The 30th Annual Duncan Summer Festival was a roaring success. Return-It Man was a big hit with the big and small kids alike. Thanks to everyone for their enthusiasm we had a great time. To top it all off the Cowichan Valley Bottle Depot float won first prize for being the most original. Check out the pictures. How will we top it next year?
