Every Day is Earth Day
Earthday in the Square Saturday April 25, 2009 was a rousing success. Beginning at 10am and continuing until 10pm we entertained, educated, and participated in all kinds of Earthday Events. Spirit Drummers played, Grandfather Heron made an appearance, kids painted the Eathday banner, coloured posters, participants received veggie starts and Judy Stafford of Cowichan Green Community posed on the Mercedes donated for the Car Share Co-op.
